Dave Brooks Electric installed our whole house generator. From start to finish they were clear, concise, accommodating and helpful. Their advice and price were straightforward and accurate. They even found, and remedied, a small hole in our foundation that was allowing mice into our basement, which was well beyond the purview of their work. We could not recommend them more highly. Our installer, Dwayne, was incredibly helpful and informative in explaining every step and guiding us through the setup process using terms and instructions suited to our limited understanding of the workings of a generator. I contacted Dave Brooks for a standby generator. I got a call back within a day, got the information I needed, ordered the service, received updates, and a confirmation they would be at my home on the selected date. They showed up on time, worked diligently, and did a professional installation. They made sure I understood the details of the operation and was satisfied. I cannot think of a thing they could have done in a better way. I got a better "deal" by ordering the generator through them than I would have if I had purchased the generator through another supplier (big box home improvement store) and then having them install it. Bought a solidly built 60s ranch which required some updating, including the electrical panel, receptacles, switches, recessed lighting, hardwired smoke detectors, etc throughout the entire home. The work was scheduled and started on time. The electricians were polite and clean and worked steadily. There were several unexpected problems (typical renovation!) and they took it in stride. They also discovered a few wiring issues that had the potential to be dangerous. I was so grateful for their attention to detail. I highly recommend Dave Brooks Electric. You definitely get what you pay for!
